I’m having this problem with the tool, i already tried to install C ++ and the other libraries and remains the same, I also tried to download it again and it does not work, i have it installed on desktop.

It’s telling you it copied a helpful message. Where is it? How can we find out what is wrong when all you’re giving us is that it doesn’t work?
