It is evident from the topography and definitely not a reverse image search that this is Hokkaido, Japan (and specifically Hakodate). Not a J-Pop guy, but note that the popular Japanese band GLAY is from Hakodate.

My Guess:
Lost in Japan? Idk
A K-POP pack? Probably not lol. But it is kind of a big internet genre.
