Excellent release again. Lovin the Nightwish releases.
Some of the Nightwish songs don’t have song id’s so they don’t show up in game.

All the songs appear just fine now. Glad to bring the song id issue to your attention. I noticed it happened to another author as well who didnt realize about that Magma bug. So do you have one more Nightwish album to convert?
So do you have one more Nightwish album to convert?Yep. Century Child. They also have a collection they called Nightwish DLC with 8 extra songs (though one, Sleepwalker, already appeared). So, essentially 1 1/2 albums to go.
For this month, 14 new instrumentals, and a complete revision of one more song. These are full band, but, being instrumentals, you don’t have to put up with my feeble attempts to chart vocals.
I owe a huge debt of gratitude to JiggleBill, who play-tested every chart on guitar, and made many, many helpful suggestions. These charts are, at least as far as guitar goes, by far and away the best charts I’ve ever made, and that is due mostly to his incredible work and help.
Now, if only someone would play-test and critique other instruments, I might eventually turn into a decent author.
To the songs: First up is Gabor Szabo, an artist you likely have never heard, but you will recognize the tune. Szabo was one of the truly great jazz guitarists of all time, and pioneered many guitar techniques, like double-note solos, used today. A young Carlos Santana was so taken by this song, that he grafted it onto one of his own compositions, Black Magic Woman. Here, then, is Gypsy Queen, by Gabor Szabo.

Next, Alejandro Silva. I discovered Silva, and his Power Quartet, a month ago on Frets on Fire, and converted his 80 for you. I have fallen in love with his music, and have done four more songs:

Most of these songs are Devil Tier for guitar, but, if Hordes of Locusts is Tier 6, then the last song, The Headless Horseman, is probably Tier 8 or 9. This is the hardest song I’ve ever tried, and I can’t come close to passing it. In another thread, someone asked for really, really hard guitar charts. Well, here you go!
Memories appeared earlier in this thread, but the solos were fairly poor, and have been completely rewritten. The other songs are all new.
Hi Bsbloom, may I ask you a question please ?
I know you’ve worked on many Nightwish songs, my question would be – what’s the likelihood of these being picked up (either by yourself or someone else) to turn them into full band C3 releases ?
Is that a possibility ?
I’m on a Wii and can take your CONs and create the wii version, but I play with my girlfriend who plays on bass, and unfortunately they don’t have Bass. So I’d rather wait for a full band version than take in a song that if a full band version came out later, I’d have to reset my cache. And ultimately, I’m trying to avoid any issues with the wii.

That leaves one more to go in my Mustis666 collection. Down the road, I have vague plans to chart some work on my own (Imaginaerum??) , and may try full band, but I have quite a lot to learn before tackling such incredible vocals.
When I finally get around to do a Dire Straits pack, I’m gonna definitely borrow On Every Street.

Finally, I have lost my wonderful playtester – JiggleBill finally burned through his last guitar controller. My guess – he plays so fast he melts off the plastic keys.
