Broken CAT – just disappears

Whenever i select any of the supersets, the window just disappears. If I select a regular command, an empty window shows up with no options or C3 banner at the bottom or anything. It seems to work only about 1/4 – 1/2 of the time
That usually happens when there’s an error in the chart, check for any illegal notes and run it through the C3Tools validator – that should help find issues that would cause CAT to fail.
So I made a new REAPER project and imported just the drums track, which is clean in from the MIDI I made earlier. There is a PART DRUMS track name and all of the notes were fine. I’m 99% sure there are no invalid characters and about 90% sure that all of the notes are in the correct places (nothing invalid).
CAT still won’t load any commands. The main interface displays but nothing will load after and other commands are still just giving me an empty box.
