Hey all,

 

I’ve noticed it’s been well over a month since my last release, and there are a lot of lame (but valid) excuses for my delay including but not limited to school, work, other numerous collaborations, and most of my upcoming songs being in packs. I do have something many of you have requested on the way (you can probably figure out which from my fun progress color wheel) which I plan to have out in the next few days.

Announcement time!

 

So I just got hit hard with a ton of school and home stuff – nothing too serious, but it will take a lot of my time. So obviously, my custom production rate (such as it is) will suffer for the next month or two. Meaning both my personal projects and any collabs will take longer to finish (sorry those whom I am collaborating with, you are still my top priority!). Unfortunately, school and home come first, and as much as I love you guys, I need to divert more of my time to them.

 

Good news: Other than the aforementioned collabs, both ZZ Top and “Shut Your Eyes” have been pushed to the top of the list, and I will make an effort to finish them before I start anything else. That being said, keep an eye on this thread for updates on song progress (did quite a lot for ZZ Top today) and hopefully not too much later you’ll be able to play the entire Eliminator album!

 

Speaking of, if anyone wants to do venues or any instruments for any ZZ Top song (except Thug, keep off, that one’s mine ), please PM me! Otherwise, stay tuned.

It’s gonna happen! I think I’m going to start on either that, INXS, or Smash Mouth after I finish ZZ Top. I’ve had both Tears for Fears and INXS on the longest so I’ll probably do those first. It’ll be a while, but it’ll happen!

“Tears” is one of my favorite video game songs of all time. It was so perfectly written for the climax of a very intense installment of one of the best trilogies in video game history. I’ll definitely listen to more Health.

You should, it’s a neat song. I attempted “The Boxer” a while ago but realized it was extremely complex. I’m hoping to get my hands on multitracks but I have a feeling they’ll be pretty hard to find.

 

Also self-bump since I added a few songs and updated my progress on Molly Hatchet. If you haven’t looked at my customs post, I’m currently taking a break from my own customs to work on collabs and things I promised I’d do for other members of C3. After that I plan on starting my next project, and it’s looking like you guys will be seeing Smash Mouth, Tears for Fears, and/or INXS fairly soon. There may also be a few surprises in between so stay alert!

 

Any demand for songs will be considered to be pushed up my queue.

Don’t know whether you’re interested, but I have all the Poets of the Fall charts from FoF forums done within the POTF discography project. Couple of them even have drums charted and they look like legit versions overall. I can send you these charts if you need them.
