Hi everyone,

 

I’m brand new here and just visited the C3 Universe site for the first time (I charted a song and would like to upload it there). I’m having a problem where when I try to go to the Authors Directory tab, I get an error: “504 Gateway Time-out”. Is this something that other people are experiencing, and does anyone have suggestions of how I might fix it?

I believe the Authors Directory is non-functional at the moment, I imagine a byproduct of when we started to migrate to the new database. You don’t need that to upload files though, all that is done in the File Management tab.

I don’t see any file management tab. I’m guessing I need to be verified as an author? How do I go about that?

It is my understanding that you need to use an external hosting service (mediafire, MEGA, etc) to post your very first song.
