April 4, 2014 at 10:38 pm #417027So I already had Real World on my flash drive and I was trying to figure out how since this was the official C3 release of it and I found it over in TrojanNemo’s Older Customs thread: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=415
I assume this one is either that chart polished up or just a completely new convert that was started from scratch? If this was done from scratch, I guess it’s a little late to point that out but just figured I would ask.
This is TrojanNemo’s version of Real World polished up. Drums are almost identical, but Vocals, Guitar, and Bass had fairly extensive work done to them. However, the tempo map also got polished up so that should make the drums play better too even if they are nearly identical.
April 4, 2014 at 11:36 pm #417035Fantastic week as always. My wife is particularly pleased with both Goo Goos and John Cougar, and when she’s happy, I’m happy. I can’t thank you enough for that. Keep up the good work gents!
Keeping the content Canadian since 2017!

huge props to the people behind the release.
Finally we’ve got After Forever ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
Well done!
April 5, 2014 at 1:24 am #417040But I know what you mean. Luckily, I have an idea. Get a copy of the x360 library. If you want, I can send you my slimmed down and fixed up version. Then grab a copy of NAudio. Grab Visual Studio. Learn C#. Then make some sort of MIDI analyzer that will count the notes of each chart. Maybe make it give you a notes per second count, and hell you can even set your own threshold, so based on the length of the song and the total notes, you can make your program give it a thumbs up or a thumbs down if it doesn’t have quite enough number of notes. Bam. No more feeling screwed by a song with only 5 notes on Keys!I couldn’t help myself. Here you go:
April 5, 2014 at 2:37 am #417046Now that’s funny!
April 5, 2014 at 3:24 am #417047Dang, that’s a ton of converts! Thanks, authors!
I’m most excited for Hurts So Good and Name, but I’ll probably get ’em all. Seems like Tesla has been something a lot of folks have wanted for a while and I’ve never actually heard their stuff.
I’ll have to update my Completing Guitar Hero resource!
April 5, 2014 at 5:52 am #417051Awesome week. Been missing aint talkin about love since I lost my GH VH disc. Name and Love Song are two of my other favorites. Thanks for your great work as always guys. I tell everyone we’re in the golden age of rock band thanks to you.
April 5, 2014 at 6:48 am #417052thanks alot. lots of songs to keep me busy this coming week
April 5, 2014 at 3:02 pm #417075Hi all!
First I would like to say thanks to everybody time and effort into creating these songs.
I was wondering if a page should be created about songs that don’t work correctly for PS3. I understand that there are many less PS3 users here, but the door only opened recently for PS3 users to add custom songs. I had several songs that have glitched on my PS3. I have tried these songs in my complete list then again individually in case files had corrupted during the processes.
This weeks:
“Hurts so good”
‘After Forever”
‘Ain’t Talkin’ ’bout Love”… join the likes of forum releases “Fiction” & “Buried Alive” (A7X) in that they lock up the PS3 as soon as the song is stopped on in the Rock Band library list.
I am not trying to sound like I am complaining, I do appreciate the new life that C3 has given my Rock Band, just trying to ask if other PS3 users have the same experiences or found ways around these.
Thanks
April 5, 2014 at 3:04 pm #417076Keep PS3 questions and issues to the PS3 thread.
April 5, 2014 at 3:07 pm #417078Sorry
April 5, 2014 at 3:22 pm #417079No need to apologize, just listen to what you’re told. I believe it was in response to you I said that this is an Xbox 360 site that tries to offer support for other consoles, and as such posting anywhere other than the dedicated Wii/PS3 threads is just creating clutter and less likely to be seen by the people who can actually help you.
April 5, 2014 at 3:26 pm #417080Ok
Where within C3 is the PS3 discussions?
April 5, 2014 at 3:29 pm #417081Same thread you’ve already posted in quite a few times?
Make sure you read the last few pages before you post anything. It’ll remind you of your own posts, as well as inform you of the current status of this whole “bug in PS3 customs” thing.
April 6, 2014 at 12:07 pm #417147Fantastic work again guys, big thanks!
