Does anyone use a mic stand for singing in rock band? If so, what kind is it? I kinda wanna get one so i can do guitar and sing at the same time.

I have 2 stands for mic and I sing while i play guitar… I put my profile on the guitar and for the singing i take another profile or you can select all instruments so you don’t need a profile to sing…

A local friend whos a Karaoke DJ while also being a wrestler gave me a spare mic stand. All I know is its much more comfortable to play using a mic stand (for rock band). Karaoke I sing without.

Adding a mic stand to the mix got the same “aww yeah” reaction from my family that adding the fog machine got.

Oh ya the fog machine and coloured lights make playing a 1000 times more fun. I got the rock band stage kit and have added even more lights over the years. The mic stand is great as well for playing both guitar and singing. I use that tripod one above to sing while playing drums as well. Everyone always laughs at me at first. But once they play they say its the most fun they have had in years.
