I play a bunch of Pop’n Music, a local arcade has Sunny Park and I picked up an eAmuse card a while back. Currently hovering somewhere between 32 and 35 for difficulty (out of 50).

I hover in the 25 range. I’m new haha
February 27, 2015 at 9:49 pm #439432The Donkey Konga series (1-2 Pal and NTSC versions and 1-2-3 from Japan).
Fun games which make Guitar Hero and Rock Band players look like badasses which says enough about the cool-factor. But it’s fun. Fun I tells ya. Fun? Like what we used to have?
I have a couple of DDR games which I have yet to get into; easy is too easy and going up in difficulty kicked my teeth in.
Dance Central 1 and 2, mainly for my girlfriend (suuuuure).
Rocksmith 2014: What Funkydunkleman said.
Theatrythm Curtain Call. Must-not-buy-any-more-FFVI and Chrono Trigger related-dlc. . . Is that..Secret of Mana?!…noooooooo!
Patapon series. Patapon 1: ahhhh Patapon 2: my precious. Patapon 3: Just can’t get into that one.
Edit 3-1-15 Totally forgot to mention DJ Hero. Part one struggled a bit with its identity but part two was already more its own thing.
Fun games and a shame the series ended with two.
I can only dream of custom songs for this franchise.

What area are you in?
March 1, 2015 at 2:54 am #439529I LOVE Rocksmith 2014 (I exported from the original as well). I’ve gone from no experience holding a bass and now I can play lots of fun stuff. Rush, Mastadon, The Who, etc.
March 2, 2015 at 7:40 pm #439632Rocksmith2014 here. I even bought a bass to go along with my guitar. It helps for those “wall” moments on the guitar.
While an awesome musician at any spot can really lift a band up, it turns out you really can get by with minimum skill at the bass position. If you can alt-strum in Rockband, you can kick some ass on bass on Judas Priest songs. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

I’m still amazed we got Pop’n, the local mall arcade brought in a guy who really cares about rhythm games (especially machine upkeep), and he managed to find one. I usually play once or twice a week.
March 4, 2015 at 5:32 pm #439726Just picked up Thearhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call for 3DS yesterday, it’s a pretty fun music game
Especially if you really like Final Fantasy music since it comes with 221 songs which includes songs from every FF game (as far as I can tell)
