Any way to increase speed on loading USB drive?

Couldn’t find anything about this, but just wondering if there’s a way to increase the speed on how the songs load when loading the flash drive within C3 Con Tools?
After I upgraded my PC from a weak office computer to a gaming PC my drive started loading at like triple speed.
Use C3 Con Tools Pack Creator tool. A pack of songs pretty much loads about the same speed as a single upacked song.

Another quick question,
So i bunched them up by year of downloaded and now I sort of want to do the artists i truly love as a separate one. Is there a way to un-pack (I thought I found it but it didn’t seem to work) the currently packed file and make a new separate smaller one out of it?
