Hi there,
I’m in the process of charting a song called “The Final Year” by a little-known indie electropop band called “Ganymede”. They’re an indie band, so probably not a whole lot of people have heard about them. I discovered them by looking on iTunes for electro rock artists similar to Freezepop and Daft Punk, and I found these guys ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” /> One of the things that makes Ganymede unique is that they use 80’s-era synths and drum machines to create a sort of old-school nostalgic feel to their music.
I’m mostly just making this RB3 song for fun, but I thought I’d see if anyone else would be interested in playing it. I understand that electropop (especially indie electropop) is a very specific genre and niche in the world of modern music, but I thought I’d share some of my interests in music and music gaming a little, just in case there are other like-minded fans out there ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” />
I like some electropop/electroclash/whatever. Was thinking of charting some Peaches, and working on Fischerspooner. Maybe some Apes & Androids.
I’ll try it out once you’ve got it uploaded.
