So about a month ago I was chatting with my collaborator and this song randomly popped up. Before I know it we have it lined up for production. This song is such a guilty pleasure for me ever since it was on her debut album 20 years ago but as I was charting it I started realizing despite the goofy subject matter there was plenty of care taken when constructing each part. Britney gives the vocal performance her all and I no longer feel embarassed to like this one. At the end of the day if you can’t find any other reason just remember it’s Britney bitch.
