From what I understand AIM will always choose harmony vocals over solo vocals if the song has harmonies. This also means if the original vocal track volume is turned down so will the backing harmony vocals.

Ideally what I would like to do is have the option for AIM to choose the solo vocal track but display the harmony vocals on screen. That way the original lead vocal volume can be turned down while the original backing harmony vocals volume would remain up but still be displayed on screen.

Since AIM has no such mode or control I am hoping there may be an easy way to modify the CON file in C3 CON Tools in such a way that would result in the behavior in AIM I am looking for.

The less desirable option would be to remove harmonies from the CON if what I am trying to do is not feasible.

Looking forward to any input and suggestions on the easiest way to go about doing this. Thanks!

Ever since the game got harmonies. All voices are on the same stem, there would be no way to only reduce the main vocals if all voices are baked together. They all get affected at the same time. There are a few songs that have more than 3 voices and they put the remainder in the background, but they are very few and far between.

Thanks TrojanNemo and AddyMilldike for the quick answers! I did not realize that lead and harmonies are actually in the same audio track for those tracks that were charted with harmonies. Guess I can stop waisting any more energy on this idea. Oh well. Thanks again!
