I guess Promised Land has a bit of extra nostalgia for me, as it was the album that was most recently out around the time the (pre-)missus and I started hanging out together. We’d do the vocals for “Disconnected” on the spur of the moment for no reason at all while out driving… ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
She’s the big Queensryche fan, though, as my exposure was mostly due to general consumption of prog and neo-prog acts of the day. Her particular “never satisfied” post would probably include demands for oddities like “Last Time in Paris” sooner than later! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” /> (she *totally* loves that song)
