Can we talk about a question I have? How do you find time to train in a busy schedule? I always wonder how I manage to combine training with work, family and other things
With a busy schedule, discipline and the ability to find balance is important. I don’t always have a lot of free time either, but I try to fit training into my day as soon as I can. For example, sometimes I work out early in the morning, before I start my work day, or late in the evening after all my errands are done. This helps me stay in shape and stay motivated.
