I uploaded a song in the database (I checked “Keep this song private for now”), but then I realized I forgot to set the band difficulty. So I deleted the file from the database, I recreated the CON file (this time with band difficulty) and reupload the file. However, I get an error message telling me : “These files seem to be a duplicate of other songs (same artist and title). If you want to upload alternateve versions pease go to their DB page and use the Add New Version button: puitssansfond_rb3con.”
As the page doesn’t even exist and I can’t access the file ’cause I deleted it from my “File Manager”, I’m a bit stuck!

      The song is
      Title: “Puits sans fond”
      Artist: “Vulgaires Machins”

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks 🙂

At the moment there is a bug where songs in the C3DB that currently have no attached customs will still trigger the duplicate filter. Fortunately it’s easy enough to work around, and I have done so. You should be able to (re-)upload the song now.

In the future, when you need to fix a custom, you can use your C3U file manager to upload a new version. Find the song in your file list, then select “Upload new version” from the action menu. The rest of the process will look familiar to you.
