New database/Post rules/new rules?

So I’ve been questionning myself a lot since I’ve been charting for clone hero mainly because I couldn’t post my charts here so. Is there new rules with the addition of Clone hero tab customs? Which is :duplicate or NO duplicate customs. If different chart from duplicated song is allowed (since the chart wouldn’t be the same from different charters) or the CH tab is totally a different set of rules which “Chorus” let people upload songs even if they were actually existing? This is mainly my question before I could pop up again a topic before being ban or whatever would happen. Thanks !! Probably only the admins would be able to answer until then because of the drastic changes and updates that have been made ^^.
Extremely late on the answer, and my apologies. Duplicates of existing songs were never outright disallowed, they were just heavily discouraged, partly because we encouraged authors to reach out to one another for collaborating on improvements, and partly because the old database wasn’t really well equipped to handle duplicate songs. As for Clone Hero support, while we did encourage uploading of customs for other platforms, we still required an XBox 360 download also.
With the new database, the second problem has been solved and the 360 requirement has gone away. That means if you’ve authored a song for Clone Hero, and no one else offered a CH custom for that song, you are welcome to upload yours, regardless of whether there is already a custom for Rock Band 3 or any other game. If we do already have a Clone Hero custom for a particular song, we would still encourage reaching out to that author if you think there is room for improvement, but that isn’t required.
Simply put, in almost all cases now, upload away!
So if the chart is totally of my own and that I don’t want to collab or reach out a hand to the other charter to improve the actual chart, this means, I can post my own work…. ohhh that’s nice! thanks for the thumbs up! I would love to post my songs but I don’t have my Token due to the Massive update of the website

I think I was able to get my token just before the force of this new site but it didn’t let me log in anyway
There are more and more rules in online communities, and this is especially noticeable on forums. Each update is almost like a patch for a game: it improves something, breaks something. The same strictness is felt in the work of royal mail customer service, where everything is clear and according to procedure. Sometimes even excessively, but at least it is reliable.
