So today I tried to fix the magma errors in my song, but I’ve run into the issue of magma not liking my overdrive phrases. I don’t have the pro (real) guitar or bass parts authored and I have unchecked the box in magma that says I have them.

The issue I have is that the game says “ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (MIDI FILE): Overdrive phrase at [12:1:000-13:1:000] for guitar but not real_guitar.”

I don’t have any parts authored for the real_guitar or real_bass parts and so I’m unsure why i need them.

I tried to fix them by adding them, but then it wanted notes, so I added one note for each, but then it didn’t like that either.

I’ve looked around the forums for answers, but I can’t find any.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

Make sure to mute the pro guitar/bass tracks before exporting your MIDI file. Also make sure to disable pro guitar/bass in Magma.

Thanks! I just needed to mute the pro guitar and bass tracks. I’m not sure why I didn’t try that before… :sigh:
