Exporting Keys without Pro Keys

Edit: Ignore me, i’m just an idiot and didn’t see the check box

I’m having an issue with Magma not liking my Keys chart unless it has Pro Keys.

If I try to do Keys on its own (even if I mute the Pro MIDI tracks in REAPER), Magma says that it’s missing “PART_REAL_KEYS”.

Anyway to get Keys on their own?

My guess is probably not. Unlike pro guitar, I don’t believe pro keys is optional on a chart that has keys. The authoring docs probably say for sure.

Magma may not want Keys without ProKeys, but there are customs which feature Keys and not ProKeys (for instance those which actually have rhythm guitar charted to Keys). These tracks have 0 difficulty for “real_keys” in the dta file so the game shows “NO PART” for ProKeys.

I am not sure but I think the option in Magma to generate fake ProKeys should work.

No no no, I meant… exporting the track without a pro keys chart even authored. I am going to author pro keys but I just wanted the standard keys chart for now.

Again, I found the check box. Conversation closed.

No… You authored Standard Keys yet, MAGMA recommended you to authoring the PRO KEYS instead, to made the MAGMA accepts your STD KEYS and PRO KEYS…
