RB3 Servers Down?

Went on to get some DLC from the RB3 store on Xbox 360 but couldn’t connect to the server. Also asked on the r/Rockband subreddit and multiple other people are having issues as well, some have been trying for days. Anyone here have any info or experiencing the same problems?
I wouldn’t be surprised if they were. It happened to me once on PS3, servers were down for like a week and until I talked about it in the Rock Band reddit it’s like HMX didn’t even know. It seems to me that they are not really paying attention on what’s going on with RB3 servers. Since Harmonix now have an official Discord Server I’m not sure if they still look after Reddit, you might have to join the server or do an official bug report if the servers are really down. I’d only do that if you know of no one that is able to be connected on your platform though, if you know one or some people that can connect, servers aren’t down, they’re just shitty, or as IMMCTNTJK pointed out, you might not be on the updated version of the game, which is required to connect to the servers on X360 and PS3.
Could it be that you’re using Title update 4 instead of 5?
Don’t worry that was the first thing I checked. I downloaded TU5 and loaded both the app and game but neither worked.
