What’s the most optimal way to make use of lipsync? I’ve recorded myself speaking the words for many songs and yet still sometimes the vocal stands there expressionless….
Like what EXACTLY did harmonix do to get such consistent lipsync?

add a “play” event then add your recorded vocal track on magma!
I do have a play event! I’ve been authoring for years and yet still I can’t seem to get it consistently. Everything is fine, there’s lip sync, then randomly there _isn’t_. And it’s not like the audio file for the lip sync changes in that particular region either (I looked in Audacity).
I’m not much of a vocal guy but it should work when you pronounce carefully the words.
What I would do is take note of what words were not fine during your test in-game and just work on these I guess? As far as I know you just need a very clear pronounciation.
Alright, I’ll do this meticulously until it’s damn perfect.
