But Africa is just a DLC from RB4. There isn’t a custom song of Africa with Pro Keys or something? That’s weird. A custom song for RB3 gets released on RB4 and gets taken down even though it has more than just the legacy instruments? Sorry man. I guess you didn’t know/
Them’s the breaks. We want to encourage the purchase of official content as much as possible, even when it means compromising on how we can play a particular song.

Mate these are just requests. 90% of the time they wont be done by someone else. You’re asking for people to take at least 10 hours of thier time to make a song for you. Best bet would be to learn how to make them yourself, thats what I did.

I don’t know what you mean by “+1”.
It means I also want that song. The more people show they want specific songs, the more that song is likely to get noticed by someone who would be willing to chart it.

In fact the whole authoring sub-forum is a treasure trove of information.
Most of my requests are for songs from The Dear Hunter. City Escape is already there and it’s a great addition, but it’d be nice for someone to expand on it and add vocals and other difficulties to it. In terms of new songs, god where do I start?

Another band with great potential for customs is From First to Last. Some songs from their Dead Trees album have already been made into RB3 customs, but they aren’t complete like Note to Self, Black and White, H8 Meh, and Electrified. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg with these guys. That album especially. Pretty much every song in Dead Trees should be made into a custom at some point IMO. Mothersound, The Latest Plague, and Shame Shame from “Heroine” along with Two As One and We All Turn Back To Dust from their self-titled third album I also think are great contenders. I’d love to do all of these myself (hell, I even attempted to make custom songs a couple times), but I don’t have the ear or patience to do it myself well enough to warrant the effort so it’d be better to leave it in the hands of more capable creators.
