Playing custom songs on PC

Hello, I mainly play drums through phase shift on PC. I was attempting to get these 360 tracks to work on PC, but im not sure if its possible. Does anyone have any insight into whether or not it is possible, or am I out of luck?

If a Phase Shift version doesn’t exist in the database, you can make one from an Xbox 360 CON using the Phase Shift converter in C3 CON Tools.

Converting a Phase Shift/Clone Hero song to RB format requires hand work with REAPER…. there’s no way around it.
