How to use official Rock Band 3 songs for Phase Shift?

(Sorry if this is the wrong forum, this seemed like the place with the people who would know best, but if I should take this to Phase Shift forums, I will)
I know you can use Rock Band 3 customs on Phase Shift, but is it possible to use official Rock Band 3 song files on Phase Shift? I have a RB3 Xbox 360 copy, so I wouldn’t be pirating them or anything, I just want to know if I can somehow get the song files from the disc and add them to PS. Thanks!
