Note wrapping befuddlement

Hi again. I’m having trouble making decisions when it comes to note wrapping. I’m putting the finishing touches on Runaway Train’s bass part and this is what the chart currently looks like where I’m having the issue:
The orange notes are where the problem begins. Everything is fine as it descends to green. It feels and sounds natural. But then, after the green section, it goes even LOWER than the green… and I have nowhere to chart anything lower. I have marked that section with a green-red chord. I am unsure how to tackle this, especially because it’s only three gems.
The video link below is queued up to the part where the orange notes begin. The super low pitch problem notes that I’ve marked as chords above begin at 59 seconds.

Advice? This is the only issue I’ve had when charting this song.
What I sometimes do is: descend from orange to yellow to green, then back to orange again. So your first red in the descending sequence would be orange. This way the wrapped note is in the middle, making it more obvious that the notes are wrapped, as the pattern keeps descending.
Or, basically any combination of descending notes that wrap in the middle. But that’s just me.
I think it’s best in the middle, because a note increase near the end might not be perceived as the notes wrapping, but an actual increase.
After listening to it. There’s 2 pairs of 3 descending notes that start and end on yellow, so maybe do the change there. In fact it would probably sound weird on the red like I said before.
I have charted this to begin descent and then pull back towards the middle and finish the descent for as many notes till you get to your lowest.
Not sure that’d help in your song, but something to have in the arsenal if it makes sense.
I tell ya, if Rock Band had (current_number_of_frets+1) frets, life would be so much easier.

I like to wrap back up to the middle, particularly for triplets. So, OBY BYR (even if the six notes are really decending).
In long sections, particularly in guitar solos, I’ll simply keep lowering the notes. So, O down to G, then on to the “next” O, and so on.
This is the first thing that came to mind when I saw the thread title…
