So my computer than had windows 8.1 is almost dead so I’ve switched to a temp computer that has windows 7. I installed the same reaper version as on the 8.1 but the button shortcuts are different and I’d like to change them. Namely shift and alt while scrolling doesnt do anything, and up/down/left/right when having notes selected doesn’t move them, it instead moves the visible section. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks ahead of time.

[edit] Oh I forgot to install the RBN stuff. That changed how the button combos worked.
