The record is a concept album, a story is told from the point of view of a character’s stress and anxiety, including his battles with religious faith, alcohol, and depression. He eventually decides to take his own life and the final track tells of the dying character’s refusal of spiritual help, and finally, his death.
Why This Album?
Why am I choosing this album as my first full album project? Because I love this album and I think it would be challenging and fun on all instruments. The lyrical content amazes me and a lot of it is something I can relate to in my own life. I love concept albums and this one is probably my favorite. I love this album and I hope I can lead someone else to love it too.
What Will Be Done?
I will be authoring all instruments, including pitched vocals and harmonies (where necessary) and separate double bass charts. I will post all 13 tracks once the album is completed and reviewed a second, third, fourth, and fifth time.
What Can I Do To Help?
I don’t know anything about venues and will more than likely do CAT reductions, although I’m definitely thinking about doing it manually. I’d also appreciate It if someone could make some preview videos for me. So if anyone wants to tackle any of this then that would be great. However regardless of whether I receive any help in these areas or not, the songs will still be full band and be completely playable when I’m done.
I will probably re-author Can’t Be Saved, even if I can’t post it here (although I haven’t actually looked at the Guitar Hero chart yet)If it’s a Guitar Hero port it’s fine to post it.

Got it. If it’s a proper upgrade to the original though, if it needs one, we can do that. For a number of reasons not all GHtoRB3 songs were up to standards on all instruments.

Update! I have decided to author Can’t Be Saved for two reasons! Reason number one, I hate unnecessary 3-note chords. Number two, the drum track is terrible (that’s an understatement).
Also, I’ve decided not to release anything until it’s all done, although I may release one song as a sneak peek at some point.
