Can’t import lyrics?

So I was gonna chart vocals for a song, I placed a few notes, pressed SHIFT+L to import the lyrics but all that happened was I got a windows “ding” sound and no window popped up.
I am using reaper 4.22
I have RBN tools installed.
I have the C3 template, and all the measures, timing, tempo, signatures, ect are all correct (Don’t think they’d correlate to not being able to import lyrics, but thought I’d mention it anyway.
Perhaps the action does not have the shortcut set. Open the actions menu from the MIDI editor and look for “Import lyrics for selected notes from file.”
Set the shortcut if there is none and be sure to have notes selected when you press the shortcut (or select the action from the actions menu).

EDIT: So I got a key binding, but I got a new problem, when I got to import the lyrics they start at the wrong place and only the first word is placed, I used the hyphenator, and replaced “-” with “- “.
EDIT 2: Fixed that as well, so nevermind.
Bit late but on my computer the shortcut is CTRL SHIFT L and on my laptop its CTRL ALT L
Never changed that setting once so I have no idea why its different than yours or why my two installations are different.
