Getting error message when trying to upload custom

I am trying to upload a custom file and I keep getting an “invalid file” error message. I tried removing the underscores and that didn’t make a difference. This is a file I just played in game just fine.
Not sure what is going on. Here is a dropbox link for the file.

I am having the same problem with uploading any custom.

Can’t upload files with error(s)

invalid file”
Nope it seems fine now
