Is there a non-WYSIWYG editor available on the forums?

I feel like I have very little control over my formatting unless I’m working with raw BBCode or something. Perhaps I just missed it, but I’ve looked through the settings a few times and found nothing. Is there something available?
You can still use raw BBCode of you want. It also seems I get a more limited editor on my phone, so maybe tricking to be a mobile browser will get you a more raw view.
