On Reaper, I went through the MIDI file of a custom I was working on and manually added character animations as well as markers on the VENUE track according to the template. On Magma v3, when I test the MIDI, the MIDI Tester makes a list of all the “bad MIDI events” — which includes every damn note that I placed on the track! Is this normal? Because when I try to clean it, put the clean MIDI into my custom song, convert it for the Wii, and then put it on my Wii, the game crashes. Otherwise, if I leave the track blank, Magma doesn’t automatically generate events and the resulting performance animation looks really bland. I need a fix for the VENUE problem so that I can play the song and have the performance animation look decent… thanks.
I like pop, I like soul, I like rock, but I never liked disco.
check the “TYPE” of event for each note. They might all be set to TRACK NAME instead of text event

What notes are you putting on your VENUE track? There are very few possible notes you can use, and most customs don’t even use them…

Can you post the RPP to check it?
