A little help with Firezilla

      Hey guys, i’m actually trying to connect to FTP, i’ve done the tutorial that is right here:

      But i get this result on firezilla

      Status: Server does not support non-ASCII characters.
      Status: Logged in
      Status: Recovering file directory…
      Comando: PWD
      Respuesta: 257 “/” is the current directory
      Comando: TYPE I
      Respuesta: 200 TYPE command successful
      Comando: PORT 10,1,1,1,216,169
      Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
      Error: Fail to retrieve directory listing
      Estado: Disconected from server

      I don’t know how to solve this problem, please if someone know how to respond.
