Tutorial for C3 CON Tools?

I just found this forum today and was overjoyed with it. I have googled like crazy to find out how to make custom songs and finally found this forum. Although, i can’t find any tutorial on how to learn to use C3 CON Tools and make my own custom songs.
I am very motivated to help out, but i have never done anything like this before.
I have downloaded and opened C3 CON and i’m just staring on 25 different choices on the startscreen. Where do i even begin?
Is there any tutorial available with step-by-step instructions on how to get started?

This contains all the tools you need to get started. C3 Con Tools is more for the game side of things (as the name hints at, compiled rock band 3 custom songs are stored in con files!)
