Can anyone help with CON file extraction for the RB3 Song Cache?

Hi everyone.
I’m a complete and total n00b when it comes to trying to manipulate anything in regards to computers.
All I’m trying to do is extract the “tasty caramel center” inside of the “songcache” file for Rock Band 3.
My ultimate goal is to simply take a list of what’s inside of the song cache so I may print it out for use during an upcoming Rock Band public display setup which I was placed in charge of.
I was able to figure out how to add custom songs to my X360 using all of the wonderful advice the C3 and others (especially Troy Davis) have laid out but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to use the C3 Tool Kit as I know only rudimentary things when it comes to operating a computer.
I try running the C3 Tool Kit but run into errors where the program tells me I need some addtional file in order for it to run.
I’ve already extracted the necessary “songcache” file using Party Buffalo but have had no success in getting the Cache Exporter Tool to give me the necessary XML file URL so I may convert it into a printable PDF file using Troy Davis’ Karaoke Song List Maker.
I suspect that the “songcache” file needs to be opened or explored using a CON file explorer but again, I do not have any idea how to run it on my computer without the possibility of causing damage to my PC’s operating system.
If there is anyone here who would be willing to help me out by extracting the contents of my “songcache” file so that I may use the contents to generate a printable song list, I would be forever grateful.
I usually don’t ask for help because I like to do things myself but I know when to back off of something and ask for the advice of experts in the fields to which I know almost nothing about.
I also ask because I almost downloaded a few viruses / trojans because I was trying to find / download / load “le fluffie”, which is the program mentioned in the details of the RB3 Cache Exporter.
Any assistance or walkthrough advice in how to get the C3 Tool Kit working or if anyone can simply extract the contents of the “songcache” file I have, would be greatly appreciated.

I think your best bet is to actually just install the required files and run the program that’s been developed to do exactly what you want.

Download that, and then open up Setlist Manager, go to file, import RB3 Song Cache and you’re golden, Setlist Manager even allows you to export as a PDF too in a range of different styles (I tend to use DeadlyRobot’s/Basic 2 with an alternate colour and page border which appears to be close to the output of the Troy Davis program)

Thank you for responding, Storm360. I’ve managed to get the C3 Tool Kit to work but now I’m having trouble figuring out how to extract what I need from the “songcache” file.

What to do you need to do in C3 CON Tools to extract the file inside the songfile cache? The instructions on the RB3 Cache Exporter Tool webpage say to use Le Fluffie (for which I can’t find a working download link), and I don’t see an obvious option with the C3 tools to extract anything from a songcache file.
