Hey guys!!
So with C3 ending official releases you would think that the authors would leave this all to one side, WELL GUESS AGAIN!! I personally have decided to carry on my works cause it’s just too much fun to give up.

So to start off this year, I was hoping to start with a bang with Coldplay’s ‘Adventure of a Lifetime’ but Harmonix beat me to it. SOOOO… Here’s 2 tracks from Paramore’s latest album to suffice instead. Song credits also go out to my partner in crime Ultimate_MANG0. So this pack has been in the works for so long, I’m so super happy to release it to you guys!! I saw Demi live last year with my 2 best girlfriends and she absolutely rocked the stage!! She held nothing back, it was one of the best live shows I’ve ever been to (Paramore is my #1 in case you were wondering!!) So I’ve secretly been working on this just before December started!! I wanted to challenge myself with a Pentatonix song cause they’re AMAZING and would prove difficult to chart!! They DEFINITELY were hard to chart, luckily I had sheet music to aid me!! So all in all, this is my Xmas present to all you guys and gals here at C3!! Young the Giant are one of my all time favourite Indie bands so when I was given the opportunity by Fat Ha1p3rt to chart these songs with multi-tracks, I couldn’t say no!! Although Apartment isn’t multi-tracks, I did chart it within 4 hours so I guess that’s an a accomplishment in itself!!
Update 14/9/17: Cough Syrup, I Got and Silvertongue all have alternate versions for Wii users to make them playable. You will have to convert them yourselves though.

Short story incoming; A friend of mine asked me if I was willing to chart a song for him to play in Rock Band, I graciously accepted the request and became astonished as to how I didn’t know this song beforehand. I was so taken by this song that I immediately dropped everything to start charting it. I had all the legacy instruments charted within 7 hours. 7 HOURS!! I do have to say, that is just ridiculous. Anyways, I made an RB2con file for him so we could play it online and he was amazed at the results. A few touch ups have occurred since then with the inclusion of harmonies and reductions but here is the final result. Glad to see more songs from this band, hopefully it might spur a full album release. You never know.

Very pleased to finally be able to release this content as it has been sitting in my WiP thread for roughly 2 years now. I should’ve posted sooner I know, but I went through that phase where I was charting but forgetting to release (Plus it was my really early work and I was just getting into charting so it was kinda bad to start with.) but have no fear, they’ve been looked over countless times for your convenience. I would also like to point out that the last song of the pack is an original song by one of my best friends, he’s an amazing songwriter and he wrote this song when he was 17. Truly inspirational stuff here. Hopefully there could be potential collaborations from myself and him in the future but we’ll see how that goes.

So these singles were actually made on complete whims. I’ll go on order so you can understand what I mean. Firstly there Strange Solar System, when I first heard this I was kinda freaked out by it. It was just… yeah, out there. But it is such a good transition into Dance Floor which is in RBN. And with it only being vocals I figured I might as well chart it for shits and giggles. Also, massive thanks to Ultimate_MANG0 for making a venue. Hope it trips you out. heheheNext is Kelly Clarkson, I have been in love with this goddess for the longest time and have wanted to chart a song from her for just as long. Although there are dozens (and I mean DOZENS) of songs I could chart, I decided to go with this one which shows off her true rock colors in a very commercial album. This has been sitting in my WiP for too long.Thirdly we have City Lights, a friend of mine showed me this band when I was randomly chatting with him online whilst playing Call of Duty. He sent me a link to their entire album and I kid you not, I would listen to that shit on repeat for the next few months to come. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! I said to him that I would be interested in charting this full album and he got so hyped, he even decided to get on board with the idea. Unfortunately the project is heading in a downward spiral but we did manage to get 1 song done from it. We started on the next song but lost interest but that can easily change so if you’re into this, PM me and we can work something out. So this one goes out to Smarock (or as people know him on Xbox as BeastinIsMyGame).Last but not least, Hail the Sun graces our presence. This band is THE SHIT. They are so musically talented it is a blessing to have music by them. I will definitely be willing to chart more stuff from this band. Even though my only contribution to this was the tempo mapping, vocals/harmonies charting, overall fixes and building, the main people to thank are Guyshenig and Smarock (BeastinIsMyGame). They’re the true MVP’s for this custom so if you’re gonna thank anyone, thank them.Be sure to follow to this topic as I make more customs in the future.

So I made a bet with someone that if he could FC Electric Power Water Notes on drums, I would chart a Kaipa song for him. Funnily enough, he did it within a few months of attempts which is astonishing. Only problem was I had to chart a song now. Need I remind you that this happened 2 YEARS AGO (Yeah, I’ve been kinda busy…)

So for anyone that doesn’t know, I’m a HUGE fan of Musical Theatre (weird right?). I’ve studied it twice in 2 different countries and can’t seem to get enough of it. With C3 Generations finally released I can bring to you the 4 songs I have been working on for the past few months. These songs were hand picked by the management of C3G over nearly 600+ songs so you’re receiving some good quality stuff here hehehe Fun fact: Photosynthesis was one of my first WiP customs back in the day of my charting career. It’s taken over 3 years to get this finally released to the public. So that would easily make it the oldest WiP song in C3G to be released.

In this which is by far one of my favorite songs on the album, we witness the contract of Victor and Elizabeth as they unite their bonds into one at their wedding. Whilst Elizabeth has her fears for what is overcoming Victor, the Creature hides in the background waiting to make his final approach which troubles Victor to his core. This is song is so beautifully written and a bitch to play on Pro Guitar so have fun with that one.

You may have noticed over the past few months that songs from his one-man band ‘Color Theory’ have been popping up by yours truly. He has slowly turned into one of my idols in music and I listen to his content on repeat. The sheer talent that comes from this one man is beyond incredible and I respect him in every way possible with his music. Even though he is still an indie artist, he has made a name for himself in the 2 decades he has been making music. One of his songs was even mistaken as a Depeche Mode B-Side which funnily enough is one of his favourite bands. So in light of this release, we take you to his humble studio in Huntington Beach, California where he works and produces music. With the help of ejthedj, we have been able to bring you four tracks from his discography, each one from a different album. From his latest release earlier this year “The Majesty of Our Broken Past” to as early as his album “Life’s Fairytale” which was released in 2001. There’s plenty of variety in this pack of assortments with 3 of them including ‘Multitracks’ provided by none other than Mr. Hazard. Hello everyone and welcome to my 1st release to Chart-a-thon! Today I bring you an album from a band I have quickly fallen in love with over the past 5 months. I firstly have to thank CUTstudios for showing me this band from one of their interpretations of a song they had written. From there I listened to them non-stop, like seriously non-stop. They quickly became my most listened to artist/band on my Spotify account. So I originally planned to make a 4-pack of these songs with FUGGNUTZ but as I grew to appreciate the songs more I took it upon myself to do the whole album instead. So this is my last pack that I’ll be contributing towards Chart-a-Thon, I figured doing them all in succession would be easier for me since I’ve got a lot going on atm. I’m very happy to say that this pack was a lot of fun to make, I really need to give some love to Bansheeflyer for helping out with the guitar and drum charts for all of these songs. i got a two part question for you.
Two songs you did that i love playing on RB mcfly 5 colours and fall out boy boy the take over the breaks over.
Both great songs but i have different versions of those songs by the very same bands they came from and wonder would you mind swapping the audio with different audio versions that are the exact same length and release them as different versions
Mcfly – 5 colours …. on their greatest hits album they did a (U.S version) for america when using it in the film just my luck … it sounds more rocky and punchy. I love the pop version too just thought it would be nice to have the US version too.
Falloutboy – The take over the breaks over ….. i have a ep version i think as well as the album version. The GH and convert to custom is the album version i wonder if you could do release the EP version because its rather a different feel almost rougher but the solo voice high’s of patrick stump and guitar solos sound oddly better on the EP
i just think it would be nice to have alternate versions of each released if its not too much trouble ?

Hey man, great to find out that you’re enjoying customs I’ve made. Makes this hobby all that more pleasurable.
Unfortunately though it’s not as simple as that. An audio swap is easy enough but with that happening, I would have to go through each individual chart and re-chart every instrument to suit the ‘Alternate’ version. Some tempo mapping issues would also arise with this as well.
So I’m sorry to say that I don’t think I could find the time to work on this. It’s a good idea, just not one I can put into motion.
If you do know how to make customs though, just extract the MIDI from the customs with CON Tools and make any necessary adjustments in Reaper.

well i am new to charting (rugrats theme tune) and could try it myself and credit you for the original charting. Would you mind sending the projects over so i could attempt it ? as I’m sure your busy charting other things. Also because i don’t know how to chart drums and vocals or pro keys yet. it could be a good learning step for me as i can only chart guitar, bass and normal keys from midi so far.
