Saying note at *** in track HARM3 is outside of any lyric phrase when not

Magma keeps saying note at 146:4:240 in track HARM3 is outside of any lyric phrase but I put phrase markers and made them bigger so it would fit but still keep getting the error
There is also more but just showing you the one.
Also when I delete the vocals for that part it let’s me do it but when I have the lyrics it won’t work.
It simply IS outside phrases.
