What are you doing wrong? That’s exactly what Magma is telling you. Those errors are exactly what’s wrong. Read the authoring docs and watch the tutorials. You can’t just go from Phase Shift to RB authoring without learning how it’s done.

big rock ending (which the song does not have one)

others include track events and track beats required but not found

I use eof to make my songs and I tried using reaper but got confused and don’t understand if the notes from the midi I imported have the notes or not

As Nemo said, you can’t go any further than this without reading the docs and following the tutorials. Start here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6

The way you’re doing it right now is like trying to drive a car on a busy highway without even knowing what a steering wheel is or does. The authoring process is complex and you at least need to learn how Reaper works and follow our PDF tutorial that is made for people with no experience.

You can technically bypass Reaper if you enable EOF’s preference to write Rock Band compatible files during save, which creates a notes_rbn.mid file, but you won’t be able to get 100% of the game’s feature-set (mostly relating to EOF’s lack of pro keys and harmony support). Like others have said, you’d still have to work on the chart with Rock Band in mind and follow the game’s required authoring conventions.
