Can’t copy Title Update #4 file to my hard drive

      Copying the title update 4 file from my flash drive to the hard drive gives me an error saying “This item can’t be moved or copied”. I’ve done this before and never gotten this error. What could be causing this? (note: i did download the TU4 from somewhere else because i couldn’t find a link here)

        The title update is a locked file meaning that it cannot be “copied”.

        It can only be “moved” which removes it from the original place and puts it in the new place.
