OK, lots of suggestions. First off, read through all of the tutorials on this site. Maybe some of the expert moderators can help you out, and point you in the right direction.

Next: (1) Finished products are compiled (via magma) as rbcons. You haven’t done that.

(2) Spend a lot of time working out the tempo and tempo map of your project. That is very important – songs play poorly in game without a good tempo map. Again, see the tutorials. The tempo on your theme is close to 110 beats per minute. That is a good start, but you will need to adjust when measures get off.

(3) This song has two separate guitars. As an author, you can chart one of them, or cross over from one to the other, whichever sounds best to you.

(4) You will probably need to get yourself a copy of Reaper and learn how to use it – again, the tutorials are great for this.

I have included, in the download below my take on the first few measures, following one of the guitars. You can see how I adjusted the tempo for each measure, and how the notes line up nicely for in-game play.
