I don’t think you can, because you’re not even playing online when you utilize customs because of the older title update.

Nobody has been banned for customs use. With that said, you should just use a local account so there can be no problems.

I’ve played customs while connected to XBL before there was even a TU4 and I’ve played custom upgrades regularly on TU5, not so much recently though. I still haven’t been banned so I’d say you’re good using your main account.

I played customs while on XBL as well before TU5 was a thing and I still regularly play on my live account (but now on TU4) and nothing at all has happened so I’d say there is nothing to worry about.

It’s worth noting that this is something that concerns HMX and not Microsoft. This isn’t something that directly affects Microsoft, much as other hacks do, so it’s up to HMX to react, which they did with TU5. Personally, out of respect of their work, I don’t use an online account so that scores can’t get posted anyway, but I don’t even know how much they are bothered by that.

Do you mean that this concerns them, or that they are concerned by it? I’ve played hundreds of the RBHP upgrades on my live account. I can’t take any of it back, but should *I* be concerned? I use a non-live account for all Customs play.
