So I thought I saw an official guide on this somewhere along this site, but I cannot seem to find it again
Can somebody please lay out the process of easily making a double pedal version and a single pedal version of a song in a single Reaper project? All I need to do is create a replica of the “Part Drums” track, rename it to something, and then fix up the bass gems? Is there anything else to it?
Copy the finished Drum chart, rename the track name to “PART DRUMS_2X” without the quotation marks, chart the double bass for it, reimport MIDI into C3 Magma. Be sure you have updated to a version that supports it if you haven’t updated in a long while

Thanks for the reply
So you lost me at “reimport MIDI.” When I export MIDI from Reaper, do I need to export two seperate MIDI files (one with the regular drums and one with the 2X drums), or do I need just one MIDI file that includes both drum tracks?
Just one midi with both tracks.
Just one midi with both tracks.
