Using CAT On Charts

Hello

So with CAT

can I use it on any charts

even when it’s not for rock band 3 customs

like phase shift

as I want to use it for down charting a song

but then I want to work on the down chart more once I used It

and when the song is done it will be on the phase shift setlist
