Working on the bassline of a song, and I ran into a bit of a head scratcher. I have a part of the bassline that I can’t figure out how to implement on five lanes. When doing my usual AC/DC, I don’t ever run into any tough bass parts, so this one is giving me trouble. I wondered if anyone here with better experience could give me advice on how to make this somewhat accurate.
Here’s the tab for it. This first three notes I make green, red, yellow, and then I run into trouble in the third measure.

Would you be able to post a link to the audio off YT or w/e pointing to this part of the song?
I can’t read a tab for [expletive]. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif”>

Same here. A GP file would be ideal, that stuff authors itself!
I assume the 5’s surrounding the bass fill are either Red or Yellow, is that correct? If so, try G-Y-O-B-Y-G if on Red, or G-R-O-B-R-G if on Yellow. Not optimal, but if I understood the tab correct it’s at least a workaround.
Whoops I kind of forgot that I posted this. I figured out something that seems to play well.
Thanks for the advice, Lyra.
And also you guys can’t read tabs!? How do you manage to survive? That’s crazy.
If you want to PM the .rpp / audio I can take a look and see if you think it needs to be tweaked any. It seems somewhat fine based on the tab, but sometimes (due to the limits of the RB guitar) it may be better to fudge the notes around to make it flow better on 5 buttons.
