This started about three weeks ago, and happened the fourth time this morning. All DLC, including customs, has to “reload”. So all ratings, scores, and so on disappear. The first time it happened, I thought the problem might be on the flash drive, so I transferred large packs to the x-box hard drive, but it keeps occurring. This only happens after I load a new custom to the flash drive (and so unplug it).
Any ideas? It is not a major problem, but …
Make sure there are no extra song cache files on any of the storage devices (HDD included), first and foremost. Consider deleting your current one as well to start fresh.
OK, I deleted the song cache, and now the problem occurs every time I add a new song to the flash drive, or even update one I am working on. The problem started out as an occasional annoyance, but now the customs all reload every time. Help!
Remove the USB key and if you go into Storage you will find the cache file on your HDD. Keep 2 identically structured USB sticks:
USB A: your customs cache file, save game and game profiles.
USB B: your officiale cache file, save game and game profiles.
The only difference is on stick A you load your customs. On your HDD you leave ONLY your DLC, exports, etc., only the official releases. Done.
