I’ve made 3 cons so far. All went through Magma with no issues but 2 of them when you play them the audio starts immediately and is out of sync with the chart. They both start at 3.1 in reaper and have the music start events tab set up properly. When I export the midi the embed tempo map is checked so it’s not that. Any ideas?

You are using in Magma the original MP3/FLAC, not the rendered audio from Reaper, which includes the proper count in (it should) and silence.
I thought that might be the issue. The one that worked I did convert the mp3 in Reaper. The other two were from my wav files so I didn’t convert them. I’ll give that a shot. Thanks
As far as I know, the “music start” event only makes the audience and such start to react to the music with cheering, clapping, etc. and doesn’t actually have anything to do with the audio of the song
