Welcome to another special sightly late hint thread! This week we will have a themed pack plus some other stuff:
- This song is all about the love for obscure English sport, upbeat music and the Caribbean
- This song is about fear, much like the other 4 songs from the same set from the same band
- This song might be one of the few things most skaters and anime fans will agree on is awesome
- This song is beyond any reasonable doubt the most famous instrumental song of its genre… or is it?
- This song reminds me of Bond, James Bond
- Michael McDonald is featured on this felony themed hit
- FIRE!

The sixth song is “Sweet Freedom”.
Is the fourth one “Axel F” or “Rockit”?
The last one makes me think of “For Those About to Rock” but I doubt that’s right.
Hint one is 10cc’s Dreadlock Holiday
The last hint makes me hope it’s REM’s The One I Love, but a full-album download of Electric Six’s Fire album would be very much welcomed also

Doesn’t seem likely, but the James Bond hint brought to mind the song “007 (Shanty Town)” by Deskond Dekker. I suppose it’s too much to hope for a 1st wave ska fan in the charting community.

OK, guys, I got this figured out based on what everyone’s said so far…
Song #1 is “Dreadlock Holiday” from the album Bloody Tourists
Song #2 is by Rush from their “Fear” song series
Song #3 is “One Fine Day” by The Offspring from the album Conspiracy of One
Song #6 is “Sweet Freedom” from the movie Running Scared
So…”Bloody” + “Fear” + Offspring’s flaming skull logo + “Scared” = Friday the 13th themed pack
Now just fill in the blanks.
I thought the instrumental song would have been Madness’ One Step Beyond (which it still could be), but it may make more sense (if it’s a Friday 13th theme) to be Mike Oldfield’s Tubular Bells
I’m going to assume the Bond hint does not mean a theme song.
I’m going to put my money on Goldfinger (the band). Maybe Superman? Their cover of 99 Red Balloons?

Reading the original post again, yes, I suppose not all 7 songs are part of the themed pack. Depends on how you read it. Most of the clues, though, do fit.
