I tried adding songs to the free song pack without merging them first. I’m very new to this and the merge option wasn’t showing up under C3CONTools. Now no DLC works on my PS3 and I have no idea how to fix it. Redownloading stuff from PSN is possible since I’m not banned yet, however, I’d like to use that as a last resort. I’m currently running CFW 4.46.1 REX on a NAND PS3. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Ok. I tried a few other features and the games that I’ve downloaded have gone to either demo mode or say the timer ran out on my ps3is there a way to set the time offline?
Why are you not asking these questions in the “How to play customs on PS3” thread?
Because I tried “topic search” first and didn’t find a topic like this yet.
It’s 3 posts above yours…
Sorry, it won’t read any downloads for any games. Not just rock band.
You should find a PS3 forum and ask for help there. We have very few people on here that play PS3, and those that do probably can’t help you with something like that.
You should look into your PSN settings. There’s an option there to deactivate/reactivate all of your DLCs on your console.
I found
explaining this but it’s pretty badly filmed xD
Anyway, it should be :
Playstation Network (in the XM:cool: -> Account Management -> System Activation -> PS3 System -> Game
Hope this helps ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” />
Thanks for the advice Kleporte, but your method involves going online and I don’t want to risk it. I figured out a solution though, so for any future readers that found this topic through the search function:
Find a file online called “reactpsn” the current version is 3.13
Place it on your flash drive in the packages folder and install it onto your cfw ps3
Then create a new user named “aa” and use that one to run reactpsn
All of my songs work now on my main account, both classic DLC and custom DLC. The games that don’t have demos work too, like PS1 classics and Resident Evil 4. Demo games that are looking for an unlock key are still acting like demos though. But that isn’t anything I need to fix. I just wanted Rock Band to work again.
You are about to leave Rhythm Gaming World and access the external songs DB. While no song or file sold for commercially available videogames is hosted there and only fan generated content is allowed, Rhythm Gaming World has no direct control over the database and no files are hosted here. Alright, we had to made you aware of this, now you can visit the database!
