Hey guys! Harmonix announced today a party they’ll be having on Friday at PAX East:

Join Harmonix (makers of the Rock Band and Dance Central franchises) for an evening of PAX East revelry! Rub elbows with the developers behind your favorite music and motion games, hear about their exciting new projects, and enjoy the musical stylings of some kick ass Harmonix bands. Plus: open bar from 6-7pm*, and all attendees will receive a free Rock Band guitar*!

Tickets will sell out soon, I’m guessing. $20 for a party with Rock Band and developers and an hour of open bar and a free guitar is a damn good deal. I bought tickets for myself and my friends. Anyone else going? We should have a C3 meetup!

(FYI: The “free Rock Band guitars” are a choice of PS3 or Wii. I guess they had a lot of them in a warehouse somewhere.)

I’d just like to note, I got a big ol’ hug from pksage at the PAX East Harmonix Party.

He’s a lot taller in real life. A LOT taller.
