I don’t want these games. However, I want a good many songs only available on these games.
How likely is it that this community has a comprehensive enough backlog of conversions that WILL eventually get made that I don’t have to spend much too much money in the next 2 weeks on a platform I don’t really want to get involved in? Who’s still working on these conversions?
Actually, conversions are incredibly approachable for anybody who is willing to put in a little bit of time.
I think what he is asking is that, are the audio/MIDI files available for ALL of the GH DLC out there up until the most recent pack Activision released for the most recent GH. I *think* I was looking through Bluzer’s GH thread over at FretsOnFire the other day and there was actually a song I couldn’t find on there.
What difference does it make though? The files are there. Whether the audio or MIDI can be accessed for newer songs is a different story, and him buying the missing songs now is not going to make a difference. I can guarantee you bluzer has all the songs. Whether you’ll eventually see all of the songs in Phase Shift format is a different story. Whether you’ll see them in RB3 format, is a way different and unlikely story.
And that was my question, whether they’d get full-blown RB3 conversion. If that’s unlikely, I’ll settle for GH. I personally don’t have the hardware to do anything but unmodded console options.
Funny how they are taking this down when supposedly they are working on a new game and plan on unveiling it at E3. I’ll be amazed if it doesnt get cancelled.

The songs chosen are at the whim of anyone that wants to convert them. I’d suggest that if you like a GH song that you buy it now and assume it won’t be converted in the future.

Somebody supposedly focus tested for the new game and spilled the beans on the internet. Treat this all as rumors right now because its not official.
