Hey folks,
Here’s another hint thread. This week’s hints are definitely more on the general side than the specific side, since I think the more general stuff leads to better with this batch speculation — especially when going for the obtuse, wordplay-laden stuff for those might over-complicate things.
Without further ado:
- A six pack of tracks from a European band that’s always been extremely popular but only recently had the fortune to truly break into the mainstream.
- An uptempo alt-rock single from the early 00’s by a band that makes their rhythm game debut — though this single was featured in two different videogames in the months followings its release.
- An alt-rock track, from a band previously featured in Rock Band, that may have been a more appropriate selection on the week they made their debut.
- An early 90’s rock single from the of an Irish three-piece band that is well into their third decade and is also making their rhythm game debut.

Did farottone actually go ahead and fill my request for Therapy? I am of excite. I think he wanted to do the song “Nowhere”.

My guess is Midnight Oil “Beds Are Burning”. Oh please

I dunno. I don’t think any of their records has been as successful as their first, especially since it dominated in the UK.
Muse does seem fairly likely, since C3 are celebrating their impending anniversary and it is a fairly characteristic RB band. And “Madness” did break through to mainstream radio in a way that their previous songs failed to do.
On the other hand, I was really anticipating more of an Irish week due to St. Patrick’s Day. I’m at a bit of a loss for the Irish band. Was hoping for the likes of U2, Cranberries, Van Morrison, etc. Ah well, I’m sure I won’t be let down.

I be really really glad to see more Arctic Monkeys!

I’m gonna go with the Irish theme and guess The Cranberries “Zombie”.

That’s a great guess considering we’re going to see some Irish themed stuff. I’d be very happy with either song. I’d faint if we got a Muse 6 pack though lol. Either way I’m pretty excited for this pack.

But it says they are making their rhythm game debut and The Cranberries are already on RBN with Linger ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />
